Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original hair-on-hide texture and finish intact. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
Since we deal in genuine leather goods, the following cannot be returned:
- Custom/personalized or made-to-order leather items
- Items showing signs of wear, scratches, or use
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to improper care (not due to our error)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly — contact us first for return instructions.
Partial refunds may apply in these situations:
- Any leather item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Wholesale/bulk orders may follow separate return terms as agreed at time of purchase
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time to post officially
- Contact your bank — there’s often processing time before a refund appears

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale/discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, email us at contact@fatoleather.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92 340 1585690.
Wholesale/Bulk Orders (USA)
Since FATO Leather offers USA-wide wholesale bulk delivery, bulk order returns/exchanges are handled case-by-case — please contact our team before shipping anything back.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us first for the return address. You are responsible for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
